Counsellor

Responsibilities:

  1. Counsel and advise the prospect students on Phone, attending the walk ins, individually or in groups, on issues related to planning an academic program, choosing an educational or career goal.
  2. Counsel and advise students and alumni in making career related decisions, using assessment instruments where appropriate; assist students (and alumni) in the use of existing resources for learning about careers of interest to them.
  3. Consult with a student’s parent or guardian and make referrals as appropriate in consultation with the student’s parent or guardian.
  4. Prepare, organize, and maintain appropriate resources, reports and statistical summaries.
  5. Assist with administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  6. Serve on committees and at meetings as assigned.
  7. Perform related duties as assigned.
  8. Outdoor marketing events, presentations, School outreach. Arranging seminars and workshops.
  9. Maintaining database of new and existing candidates.
  10. Carry out end to end admission process.

Requirements:

  1. A MUST to have a proven track record.
  2. Candidates must be degree holders from a recognized institute with at least 2 years related working experience in the education industry in a managerial position. Possess maturity, high level of energy, resourcefulness and able to travel.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a team player.
  4. Good understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
  5. Comfortable with public speaking and possesses good presentation skills
  6. Strong multi-tasking, coordination and event management abilities.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders, principals, education specialists, students & parents as well as in a culturally diverse environment.
  8. Analytical, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to perform under pressure in fast paced environment.
  9. Good command of spoken & written English.
Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Reports to the College Director and Vice President.
  2. Based in Mumbai and responsible for the market development.
  3. Responsible for strategic planning & implementation for the sales and marketing team term to term sales and marketing operating plan.
  4. Focus and drive the sales team to deliver exceptional results in achieving the academic term sales targets.
  5. Responsible for effective expenses control, staff development & fair/event management.

Job Description:

  1. Translating business needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
  2. Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
  3. Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
  4. Collaborating with team members and other colleagues, to create media.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Mastery of graphic design software.
  2. Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.

Digital Photography Lecturer (Part Time)

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Photography instructors teach students how to take better photos. Professional photographers teach their students about the art of photography and give them tips and insight as to the best way to take photos.
  2. They must prepare their classroom, develop lesson plans, teach the provided curriculum, and grade students on their performance.
  3. Work to improve the skills and performance of their students.
  4. Provide insight from a first-hand perspective and demonstrate various techniques.
  5. Also teach students how to develop their photographs, and they are often responsible for managing their own darkroom.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (Any)
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Camera DSLR Operations (Foundation and Application).
  4. Photoshop/Illustrator.
  5. Scanning and Printing, different style of printing.

  5. Communicating and working closely with sales team.
  6. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  7. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
